It is important to note that the risk associated with the delivery of goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery, unless the customer decides to arrange for the goods to be picked up or employs the services of their own delivery company. In such cases, the risk shall pass to the customer upon collection of the goods.

To ensure that the delivery process runs smoothly, it is important to ensure that the delivery address provided is an accessible physical address. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O Boxes or LOT numbers or outlying areas which are not accessible by delivery companies.

In the event that a customer notices any defects, damages, or incorrectly supplied goods upon delivery, they have a duty to notify Inox Steelworx within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. This allows the company to address any issues in a timely manner and provide a resolution that is satisfactory to the customer.

Delivery charges shall be detailed with each individual order and may differ based on the delivery address given by the customer. However, the company strives to keep these charges as reasonable as possible, while still ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and safely.
