In the event that a customer notices any defects, damages, or incorrectly supplied goods upon delivery, they have a duty to notify Inox Steelworx within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. This allows the company to address any issues in a timely manner and provide a resolution that is satisfactory to the customer.
